The position serves as an important connection between the City Manager and departments, promoting communication, collaboration, and consistent organizational practices.The ACM will also lead and support special projects, strategic initiatives, budget development, and organizational improvement efforts. Experience in municipal finance and budgeting is highly desirable. The position will prepare reports and recommendations, assist with policy development and implementation, and represent the City with elected officials, boards, community organizations, regional partners, and other stakeholders.The successful candidate will bring a practical, collaborative approach to municipal leadership and the ability to balance long-term organizational priorities with the day-to-day realities of providing services to the community.
