Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:45pm CST (3 days onsite) Duration: This role is expected to last one year, with potential for extension Pay Rate: $26-29/hour Our client, a respected medical nonprofit, is looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to add to their team! Support the Membership Marketing Manager in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and special projects. Assist in translating marketing strategies into actionable campaign plans and deliverables. Coordinate campaign implementation across email, direct mail, digital, paid media, and other marketing channels. Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule. Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and external vendors for assigned projects. Coordinate the development and review of marketing materials, creative assets, and promotional packages. Manage feedback and ensure approvals are obtained from key stakeholders. Support quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with campaign requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications. Identify risks, dependencies, and potential timeline impacts and elevate as appropriate. Ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with budget parameters. Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action item tracking. Coordinate activities with internal teams and vendors. Foster effective communication among project stakeholders throughout campaign execution. Marketing Campaign Coordinator Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, project management, or related disciplines. Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to analyze campaign results and summarize findings for stakeholders. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting direct mail, email, and digital marketing campaigns. Familiarity with marketing analytics and campaign reporting. Experience working with healthcare, physician, membership, or association marketing programs. Experience coordinating external vendors and marketing production activities.
