Medical Office CoordinatorWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate team member to join our medical office. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role includes patient coordination and administrative support. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and surgery or procedure scheduling is preferred.Job Status: Full-Time HourlyKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule surgeries and medical proceduresAnswer and manage incoming phone callsSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsRespond to patient inquiriesHandle prior authorizations (procedures, medications, imaging, workers' compensation, etc.)Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry in EHR systemsRequired QualificationsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of medical terminologyProficiency with computers and EHR systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact effectively with patients of all ages and abilitiesStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment$21.00 - $27.00 based on experience
